These terms are a launch-ready product template and should be reviewed by your attorney before production billing or lead delivery begins.

Marketplace role

GarageFloor Finder helps homeowners compare garage floor coating companies and request contact. GarageFloor Finder is not a contractor, does not perform or supervise coating work, and is not a party to contracts between homeowners and companies.

Homeowner requests

You agree to provide accurate project and contact details and to use the service for a genuine project. Estimates are informational ranges, not binding bids. Final scope, price, warranty, scheduling, and workmanship are agreed directly with the selected company.

Contractor partner terms

Contractors must keep company, service-area, pricing, licensing, and contact information accurate. A delivered lead costs $40 unless a clearly displayed written offer says otherwise. A delivered lead is a scoped homeowner request whose contact details are made available through the paid delivery flow. Lead availability and job conversion are not guaranteed.

Billing

When a partner purchases a lead or enables automatic lead acceptance, the partner authorizes the disclosed charge through Stripe. Monthly caps apply on a UTC calendar-month basis. Partners are responsible for taxes and may dispute an erroneous charge by contacting GarageFloor Finder promptly.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service, misuse personal information, submit fake projects, evade billing, interfere with security, or use GarageFloor Finder to harass or discriminate. We may suspend access or lead delivery to protect users and the platform.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GarageFloor Finder disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for contractor performance, homeowner decisions, indirect damages, or losses beyond amounts paid to GarageFloor Finder during the preceding three months.

Changes and contact
