This policy explains how GarageFloor Finder handles information submitted by homeowners, contractors, and website visitors. It is a launch-ready template and should be reviewed by your attorney before accepting production traffic.

Information we collect

We collect project details, contact information, account and company profile data, pricing settings, billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, application data, and basic security and usage logs. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to calculate project estimates, show relevant companies, deliver a homeowner’s request only to companies the homeowner selects, operate contractor accounts, process lead payments, prevent abuse, send service messages, and improve GarageFloor Finder.

When we share information

Homeowner contact information is disclosed only through GarageFloor Finder’s controlled lead-delivery flow to selected companies. We also use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and email or fraud-prevention providers to operate the service. We do not sell personal information for unrelated advertising.

Retention and security

We retain records only as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, and accounting. Access to sensitive records is restricted and audited, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of applicable personal information. We verify control of the submitted email before processing, and some records may be retained where legally required.
